Efficiency of operations. Reflects resource and technology spend. Lower is better.

Quality

Reliability of service delivery. Driven by fulfilment and process clarity. Higher is better.

Impact

Reach and value created. Reflects ability to win customers and deliver outcomes. Higher is better.

System Load

Hidden stress in the system. Caused by imbalances, friction, or over-complexity. Lower is better.
